Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who We Are
Your Business Connector Club ("YBCC", "we", "us", or "our") is operated under New Wealth Strategies, a trading name of Sun Trust (Australian Business Number application in progress). We operate the website YourBusinessConnector.club. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, register for a session, book a discovery call, or otherwise interact with YBCC.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including when you complete a registration form, a discovery call booking, or a host or location interest form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business or professional details, and postcode.
If you attend a session, our platforms also record your participation, including check-in details and, for online sessions, the discussion itself (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your registration or booking and confirm your attendance at a YBCC session or discovery call.
- Facilitate the connector check-in and follow-up experience through the Wealth99 Connector at in-person and online sessions.
- Add you to the YBCC Community Group, a private discussion space for session attendees, automatically when you attend a session. Using the group requires you to individually agree to the Wealth99 Connector's own terms, separate from this Policy.
- Support My Most Trusted Network (MMT), the community platform behind the Wealth99 Connector, which uses AI-driven tools to help members build referral partnerships with other members globally.
- Communicate with you about upcoming sessions, events, and relevant updates.
- Respond to enquiries, including interest in hosting a YBCC session or venue partnership.
- Generate AI summaries and transcripts of online session discussions (see Section 5).
4. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information with the platforms that power our registration, networking, and online-session systems, specifically:
- ICNXN - the platform that powers our registration forms, discovery call bookings, and email reminders.
- Wealth99 Connector / My Most Trusted Network (MMT) - the digital networking platform used for QR check-in and connection follow-up at YBCC sessions, and the AI-driven community that helps members build referral partnerships globally. Wealth99 is operated by Quarterbar Financial Pty Ltd (ABN 98 622 320 754), which operates a digital asset currency exchange registered with AUSTRAC (Registration number 100587396).
- Warmspace - the platform our online sessions are held on (see Section 5).
When you attend a session, an attendee list and/or connection email may also be sent to other attendees registered for that session through the Wealth99 Connector, which can include your name and contact details, so that participants can follow up on the connections they make. This attendee-to-attendee sharing is a core part of how YBCC sessions work; if you would prefer not to be included, contact us before attending.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.
5. Session Recordings, Transcripts and Photography
In-person YBCC sessions may be photographed and recorded. Online sessions, held on Warmspace, are recorded and the discussion is summarised using AI; a full transcript and the recording are provided to the session host, and a recording is also provided to attendees of that session. If we ever intend to use a photo or recording publicly, for example on our website or social media, we will seek your consent separately before doing so.
6. Cookies and Third-Party Embeds
We do not run our own analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this website. Some pages include registration and booking forms embedded from ICNXN. Loading those embedded forms may allow ICNXN to receive your IP address and set its own cookies, in accordance with its own privacy practices.
7. International Data Transfers
ICNXN, the Wealth99 Connector / MMT, and Warmspace are third-party platforms that may store and process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States. By using our website or registering for a session, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own.
8. Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, communicate with you about YBCC, and meet any legal or accounting obligations. Where we are not required to keep it for one of those reasons, you can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.
9. Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or request that it be deleted (subject to Section 8). To make a request, contact us at the email address below.
10. Visitors in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us using the details below, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Marketing Communications
We may email you about upcoming sessions, events, and relevant updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from updates does not cancel an existing session registration, but you can also leave the YBCC Community Group at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us to request removal.
12. Age Restriction
YBCC is intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
13. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, contact us using the details below so we can address it directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
