1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YourBusinessConnector.club website and your registration for, and attendance at, Your Business Connector Club ("YBCC") sessions. YBCC operates under New Wealth Strategies, a trading name of Sun Trust. By using this website or registering for a session, you agree to these Terms.

2. About YBCC

YBCC is a connector-led business community. Attending a YBCC session is free and there is no membership fee. Sessions are held in person and online, following the structured format described on our How It Works page.

3. Eligibility

YBCC sessions and this website are intended for business owners and professionals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Registration and Attendance

Registration for sessions, discovery calls, and host or location interest is completed through forms and booking tools provided by ICNXN. Check-in at sessions and connection follow-up is completed digitally through the Wealth99 Connector, powered by My Most Trusted Network (MMT). Online sessions are held through Warmspace. You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering.

5. Code of Conduct

YBCC sessions are built on the go-giver philosophy: leading with generosity and focusing on how you can help others, rather than pitching, quota-chasing, or forced referrals. We expect all attendees to treat other participants, hosts, and venue staff with respect and courtesy. We may decline to admit, or ask to leave, anyone whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with this philosophy.

6. Photography and Recording

By attending a YBCC session, whether in person or online, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Online sessions are recorded and summarised using AI; a transcript and recording are provided to the session host, and a recording is provided to attendees of that session. If we intend to use any photo or recording publicly, we will seek your separate consent before doing so.

7. Referral Partnerships

The Wealth99 Connector and the My Most Trusted Network (MMT) community may use AI-driven tools to help members identify and build referral partnerships with other members, on a global basis and not limited to any single location. YBCC does not guarantee that any particular introduction, referral, or partnership will result from your participation.

8. Educational Content Only; Not Financial Advice

YBCC and its hosts provide general education and networking opportunities only. Neither Andrew Squillari nor Darren Bartsch personally holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), and nothing said or shared at a YBCC session, on this website, or through the Wealth99 Connector constitutes personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Wealth99 operates as a Corporate Authorised Representative of a separately licensed AFS Licensee. If you want advice tailored to your own circumstances, seek out an appropriately licensed professional.

9. YBCC Community Group

When you attend a YBCC session, whether in person or online, you are automatically added to the YBCC Community Group, a private discussion space provided through the Wealth99 Connector (My Most Trusted Network). There is no fee to be part of the Community Group. Using the Community Group requires you to individually agree to the Wealth99 Connector's own terms of service, which are separate from these Terms and govern your use of that platform. If you no longer wish to be included, you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time or contact us to request removal.

10. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

In-person YBCC sessions are held at venues operated by independent third parties, not by YBCC or New Wealth Strategies. By attending an in-person session, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that YBCC and New Wealth Strategies are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance at, or travel to and from, a venue, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

YBCC does not guarantee any specific business outcome, introduction, referral, or result from attending a session or using the Wealth99 Connector. Any business decisions you make as a result of connections made through YBCC are made at your own discretion and risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to New Wealth Strategies and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Registration, booking, networking, and online session functionality on this website is provided through third-party platforms, including ICNXN, the Wealth99 Connector (powered by My Most Trusted Network), and Warmspace. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Wealth99 is operated by Quarterbar Financial Pty Ltd (ABN 98 622 320 754), which operates a digital asset currency exchange registered with AUSTRAC (Registration number 100587396).

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBCC and New Wealth Strategies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or attendance at a session. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

14. Changes to Sessions and These Terms

We may change, reschedule, relocate, or cancel a session, or update these Terms, at any time. Changes to these Terms take effect once published on this page.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State. If you are a consumer located in another country, nothing in these Terms removes any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country in which you live.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
